Thank you for your purchase at SOGOOTSNACKS! We really appreciate your support! The following is a FAQ about our shipping and returns. 


Where does SOGOOTSNACKS ship?

- Our shipping is only available to the 48 contiguous states. 


Do you offer international shipping?

- No, we do not. We are working on that!


How much does shipping cost?

All of our products include free shipping!


When will I get my order?

Please allow 2-4 business days for me to pack and ship your order. I make every effort to fulfill your order quickly and efficiently with extra love and care! I ship through USPS, and their deliveries will take 1-3 business days. Your location is also a big factor in shipping time! 

*Please note COVID-19 has caused delays in shipping and delivery times.*


What do I do if my order is damaged, delayed, or got stolen?

- We are not responsible for any delayed, damaged, or stolen packages. 

- Please make sure all of your order, shipping, and payment is correct before placing your order. If your package is sent back to me, I will have to ship it out again and will have you pay for half of the shipping price. 



Can I cancel, return, exchange, or get a refund on my order?

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. SOGOOTSNACKS does not allow any Cancellations, Exchanges, Returns, or Refunds once the order has been placed. All orders are final and cannot be changed after submission. Please make sure all of your order, shipping, and payment information is correct before placing your order.
